Asbestos removal
Asbestos needs a licensed abatement contractor. If your project may have asbestos, have it tested and removed before we start.
Mold removal
Mold should be handled by a mold remediation company.
Load-bearing or structural demolition
We don't remove load-bearing walls or structural parts of anything attached to a home or building that's staying.

Do I need a permit?
Most of our jobs don't require a permit. When one is needed, we can pull it for you, or you can pull it yourself as the homeowner.
Are estimates free?
Yes, estimates are 100% free with no obligation.
How soon can you start?
Estimates are usually same day or next day. Start dates vary with our schedule, but jobs are typically scheduled no more than two weeks out.
Can you estimate from photos or videos?
It depends on the project, since every job is different. For simple jobs, like a backyard shed tear-down or taking out a few cabinets, yes. For most projects we prefer to estimate in person, so everyone is on the same page and the scope of work is clear.
What about gas, water and electric?
Gas, water and electric to the structure must be disconnected by the utility companies that provide them. We need proof of disconnection before we can start the project.
Do I need to be home during the job?
No, nobody needs to be home while we work. We take multiple before, during and after photos and send them to you, so you can see exactly how the job went.
Can you remove the concrete slab?
Yes, when it's part of a shed or garage tear-down. We don't take on concrete-only jobs like patios or driveways.
Can you take out a load-bearing wall?
No. We do non-structural demolition only. We don't remove load-bearing walls or structural parts of anything attached to a home or building that's staying.
What's included in the price?
Everything it takes to finish the job: equipment, labor, demolition, cleanup and haul-away. Jobs are priced per structure.
Do you work on commercial properties?
Yes. We do light demolition for both residential and commercial properties across West Michigan.
How can I pay?
We accept cash, check, credit card, Apple Pay, Venmo and Zelle. You can also pay over time with Affirm.
